What do you do to get in shape? I need inspiration and more motivation!
I want to do the same but I am exhausted from my college classes and on top of that , I am doing an internship this semester so I am waiting untill both are over to start which is in about a month. I still have a solid one-two months after I'm done with school before it gets super hot here so I'm not worried. The biggest thing is diet , diet is number one before excercise to get the body you want. No sweets, soda, chips, fast food, etc. Also drink 6-10 cups of water daily depending on your excercise.
No need... I'm more active during the winter.
I'll actually end up putting on 5-10lbs over the course of the summer. Too many BBQs, beer, and days spent avoiding the heat.
That's why people work out right before summer
It's not much of an issue for me. I've always been lucky with my weight. I eat, then eat, then eat some more without gaining any real 'noticeable' weight. It's only during the summer from all the beers that I develop a bit of a lower belly bulge. But by the beginning of every summer seasons that's long been burnt away.
I swim about a mile every day and I lift weights every other day... I'm also a soy-less vegan.
Doubled my cardio I wish to achieve 5-6% boyfriend this summer

I do kettlebell based workout regimens because I find the tactile sensation of controlling the swinging weight through an arcing repetitive explosive movement enjoyable and therapeutic and stimulating
I just get out more. I have been cycling to work everyday (5 km one way) at least those that I am not out in the field, when I get home I have a workout in the barn with the hay, and then I normally go for a kayak down along the lake shore.,
What do I do to get in shape? Workout year round , keeps my nutrition programme in check. Don't really have to do anything for summer. It's a lifestyle thing.
just do lots of cardio. and drink lots of water.
