Whilst I applaud your resolve, I would also say, be careful. I have been trying to lose weight recently, and I think I made the mistake of trying to be too hardcore and losing weight too fast. I've been losing lots of weight, sure enough, but I've had many new health problems, such as abdominal pain, digestive problems, trouble urinating and lower back pain. As I understand it, if you try to lose weight too fast, you can put your organs under a lot of stress. I'll be seeing my doctor on Monday for advice, as while I want to keep losing weight, it won't be worth it if I end up harming myself. I think it would probably be better to aim for more like 2 pounds per week, that should be achievable and not be too stressful for your body. As a disclaimer, I'm no expert, just sharing my advice as a formerly overweight person who is trying to lose weight but perhaps has made a few mistakes on the way.
Don't cut out meat.
Google "keto diet". You want to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks, that's how you do it. When I do a keto diet and caloric deficit, along with a supplement stack and weightlifting, I lose a pound *PER DAY* for the first three weeks to a month. After that it plateaus a bit, and I have to carb it up one day to reset everything, then go back to keto.
And the good thing about keto is, you can still eat bacon, ham, cheese, etc. For me that's a good thing. Bacon and eggs for breakfast every morning and still shedding pounds of fat off my body? Hell yeah, sign me up!
Don't forget to drink loads of water... And please include some serious workout, otherwise you'll only be loosing muscles and no fat...

10lbs is a lot to lose in 3 weeks. I think you might have to exercise longer if you want to lose it that fast. I know cutting back on bread/carbs. works for my mom.
