Will I be able to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks by doing this?

I'll be running every day (following the couch to 5k plan) for 25 mins and getting rid of all junk, meat, and cheese (I'm going vegan).
Example meal:
Today I ate strawberries and blueberries for breakfast, hummus and rice crackers for lunch, and had a veggie burger and an avacado for dinner, along with my daily exercise. Is that good?
Will I be able to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks by doing this?
