If I skip a day or so every once in a while, I'm usually fine with it. Your muscles actually need time to increase strength and repair themselves, so working out really hardcore several days in a row can actually do a whole lot more damage than it's worth. I usually do 2-3 days in a row of my full-on routine, then either take a whole day off or go for a bikeride with my boyfriend before resuming my visits to the gym.

once i eat a ton of crap, i feel guilty hahaa
Not so much guilty as if enough time had passed in between workouts I'd physically start to feel like crap and missed it. I didn't give it too much thought if I skipped one though and eat crap (ie, don't think about working extra hard, just continue your normal workouts and eating right the next day). One bad day isn't going to kill you and it doesn't mean you have to work twice as hard, just don't do it often.
No, but I do feel guilty if I leave an uneaten slice of pizza in the box. Its probably lonely and wants to join its brethren in my belly and meet pizza god.

I don't feel guilty, but I have a stressy job. And if I skip a few times, stress loads up, so I try to stay in rhytm.
If I've been working out consistently before hand then no. It's counter productive not to have a rest day. Your muscles can't grow if they never get to relax.
yes omg i hate that feeling, especially when I'm sick -.-
Nah i dont feel guilty. I don't think that i have to 'make up' for it, to me it's just get back on the horse and carry on the schedule as normal.
I can't stand missing a workout, last week my car wouldn't start so I couldn't make it to the gym so I was very upset!
only if I feel bloated. You know that feeling when you drink a coke with a meal.
