I have 100 days to be able to run two miles. I can run on the treadmill but when I get outside its more difficult so I decided to do the Couch to 5k outside. The thing is that I don't want to leave my bed right now and I planned on starting it today. Any motivation to do it? Or does anyone think I should take the day off and help me not feel guilty/stress about it?
