I've been feeling a little fatigued recently (both mentally and muscle-related) after changing my diet to completely clean-eating, and went from 112lbs to 103lbs, so it might be catching up with me now. Nonetheless, I usually go for a walk everyday and do about 30 squats and 20 push-ups as exercize. I didn't have time for a walk yesterday, so I decided to do more squats than normal and paired my workout with a green juice and some protein. However, as I went about my day today, I felt like I just needed to sit. My feel as though I have restless leg syndrome every time I take a step, and my upper thighs feel like they're cramping, almost? I'm not sure what this is, but I didn't pull anything and made sure to stretch yesterday, so I don't know if it's the fatigue or just caused from the workout. Any ideas?
