Soreness is completely normal after working out it's called the DOMs effect Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.
Now if they're almost cramping and your always fatigued that's your body telling you to take it easy for a few days and take a break let your body recuperate and rebuild itself.
Also don't do the exact same exercise every single day, after day, after day that will beat them down to much and it won't allow them to rebuild the muscles your destroying. That's why you work different body parts on different days because you can work one muscle group one day and then let them recover the next day while your working something else.

If you did more squats than usual, some soreness is not abnormal. But doing the same exercises every day (except for the walk) is not a good idea. Muscles need at least 24h to recover, otherwise you will have breakdown instead of built-up. So it would be better to change muscles groups every day. And why only squats and push-ups? You have lunges, abs, planks, pull-ups (bar or inclined), shoulder raises, ... Enough variation possible.
Your muscles are worn out. That's good that you stretch and all, but you should take a break day after a couple days of working out straight.
Your muscles get stronger by literally tearing and rebuilding themselves. So.. Yeah. Take they're just letting you know that they need a break (literally?) 😜
Take a day off of working out and eat a banana or 2 to up your potassium levels.

cramping, that is HELL.
Just stretch enough after your workout and you should be good for the rest
