I exercise 6 times a week. 1 hour of cardio and 15 minutes if weights. I eat healthy but not enough I think and still I can lose weight around my hips and thighs. I'm 36D, 31 inch waist and 47.5 inches around the hips. Any tips on how to lose this dreaded fat around the hips and thighs?
The only time I managed to be a size3/4 was through starvation. I don't want to do that so I need other options.
