what kinds are best, the whitening strips? the trays?
how long do they last? about how many shades lighter was it?
how was your personal experience?
I used Crest Whitening Strips and they worked really well.
My sisters used Listerine Whitening Strips and they saw great improvements too.
They really do make your teeth pearly white. Mine lasted for 19 months about? I think is what the box said.
They usually cost $20-30 for a box and you use them twice a day for two weeks, if I remember correctly.
Now however, I brush my teeth like a madwoman so my teeth have gotten visibly whiter from just using Colgate Total toothpaste which is probably a lot better for you than all of the chemicals in whitening strips.
Good luck.
My sister is a dental tech and she nearly fainted when I told her about how often I use those whitening strips. ANd I have to admit she is right to tell me to stop. I had to start using sensodyne to treat the sensitivity I had as a result of those strips. SHe recommends going to the dentist and getting a whitening done once every six months and in between use a whitening with flouride toothpaste. Which works just as well if not better! And my sensitivity is not hardly an issue anymore :)

They last a long time you could probably go almost a year without them again. The can make a big difference provided you do the 14 days without skipping...Overall I liked them and most likely will get them again.
No no, not worth the long term damage this does to your teeth. Ask any professional who's not selling these treatments.
