What the hell is causing this seemingly permanent weight loss on me? I never really weighed myself too often but I knew I was in the 142 to 148 range. then over a period of 6 weeks unintentionally I got to 123, and the problem is that at the 142 to 148 range I was at a healthy skinny level. so at 125 I look sick skinny, and I know there is an underlying health problem, which affects my confidence, I feel like I am flying inside my clothes. Another problem that occurred is that working out has little or no effects on my muscles. I have ordered blood, hormone, and some allergy tests, and everything is ok, and I know its not like cancer. I should point out that I messed up my back by unproperly lifting something and never took corrective action until my back threw out last year and I am somewhat better from chiropractic care and physical therapy, is it possible that since the spinal cord was affected, and you know how when you suffered spinal column injuries it can affect the nervous system part of your body to which it is connected to the particular area in the spine, so could it have messed up my digestive system to make this happen? or something else?
Yeah, weight loss is a red flag for multiple diseases. You should see a doctor asap. Hell, as far as I know it could be even HIV. Best of Luck

You need to go see a doctor. It could be a ton of things and none of us are trained to say what it is.
That's a bad sign. You should go to see your physician for this unexplained weight loss.
