What do you really think about the discipline Crossfit?

I h eard many mixed opinions about it some do not like the discipline because they say the discipline overwork a lot some body joints cause they use a lot of heavy manchinery since the beginning even if you are just beginning in the discipline, that is only a reason why some dont like it Im sure there are others like not everyone can do it. Others do like the disicipline.

But in particularly Crossfit is the first discipline I have heard it has many mixed opinions on it. I mean you hardly heard bad opinions on others sport disicplines like if swimming, triathlons, running, lifting weights at a gym (here im talking about strenght training at a gym not as part of a crossfit discipline).

What do you really think about the discipline Crossfit?
