in the first month of hard training and healthy diet i lost 4kgs.. and thats it, i stopped losing weight
i even gained one kg and i know its supposed to be muscle but im a big girl and i think im supposed to lose more especially in the beginning..
went to the doc to check my thyroid everything is ok... switched up my workout routine still nothing.. please HELLPPPPPP
daily:1.200cals intake (800 down from what i was eating)
1,5 hour of cardio and 30mins weights-> 4 times a week
