HI, I have a question . Last year I lost 34 pounds and this year so far I only lost one pound. I watch what I eat, workout 3 times a day and including cardio,toning. My mother went to her doctors for a checkup yesterday and she is very obese. The dr. said she lost 17 pounds. Th e issue I am having is my mom is disabled and does not do any activities at all along with poor eating habits. Yes I love my mom " I do try to help her" What do I need to do ? And what the heck am I doing wrong? :) Any help will be appreciated.
