The "girl push up" is mostly just using your stomach and back to go up and down and doesn't help your arms. Get adjustable dumb bells and use those to do bench press exercise instean until you can do a regular push up.
They'll work your biceps more than fake pushups then so there's really no point to doing fake pushups if you're doing dips. That's just inefficient. Presuming you're doing proper ones anyway.

Try you'll eventually get it do a lot of running dumbell curves and swimming after you'll be pushing up like me
I do girl pushups all the time. BUT my PE teacher calls it a reverse modified pushup
I not that strong so I can only do 'girl push ups',
