So I've had this happen last year, and never got an answer to this problem. A couple months out of the year, I will miss my period. Then it'll start again. Well, it's missing again, I seem to have lost it! I skipped October and November.
Normally my period is in the middle of the month, I don't take birth control, I've never had sex so I can't be pregnant, and the medication I take is Lexapro (escitalopram) 20 MG a day. Nothing in my diet or exercise has changed. I still eat the same healthy stuff and I do the same workouts I've always done. I don't understand!
It feels kinda weird. You'd think I'd be rejoicing, but it's making me feel kinda sick and I get random cramps in my uterus/pelvis area. Has anyone else on here dealt with this? If so, did you find an answer? What did you do?
Just in case anyone wants to say "go see your doctor", I can't due to money issues lately and we're only using doctor visits for emergencies.
Thank you!
