Any doctors/nutritionists/weight loss specialists?

If anyone with experience could help me that'd be great! Right now I am eating about 1100 calories a day, low activity (walking to class, normal activities, some outside activity) and I was wondering if it's possible for me to drop pounds if I watch my calorie intake but eat one Hershey's kiss a day or so? Like a small amount of sweets I guess a day or will that make my weight increase even though I'd be eating like 2,000 calories less than normal.
Any doctors/nutritionists/weight loss specialists?
