Hard stomach? Not pregnant?

Hey. So I know I'm not pregnant but I was just wondering why I could be having a hard stomach? It's been hard for about three weeks now and I don't think it's anything serious but I just wondered what could be causing it. Thanks

Anyway, even if it's not serious, get it checked out...
maybe you're bloated, dairy makes that happen on most people, especially milk... cow milk is baaaaad...

Also, people who do a lot of stomach exercises and are fat, will likely develop a pregnant like stomach... cause they need to change their diet to lose weight, not just exercise...

Ah thank you!! I was just wondering if the pill can make you bloated? I have recently started on rigevidon and I'm winding if that has any contribution to it

Try this for 3 days...
First thing in the morning before any food...
1 glass 8oz hot water with 3 lemons squeezed
(Sip with straw placing As far as you can in your tongue to avoid it touching your teeth)

During the day drink tea with honey and very minimal solid foods.. and NO DAIRY especially no milk

Before sleep
Half glass 4oz hot water with 1 1/2 lemon squeezed
(Sip with straw placing it as far back in your tongue as possible to avoid the liquid touching your teeth)

Try this for 3 days... and see if it changes your stomach appearance/form
If it helps, maybe try to avoid cow milk as much as possible... switch to almond milk (not from silk) silk is bad for you... and maybe add ice and ice cold water to the almond milk because it's a bit creamy and I personally do not like it alone like that...

It's just some advice... but regardless, have it checked out..

Oh, I have no idea what that pill is or what it is for, but you can reasearch its symptoms... many people write reviews of things online... but if that doesn't give you answers, then direct to the doctor or whomever prescribed the pill... always read on symptoms a drug can give.
