I have definitely lost weight as my neck area and stomach have definitely dropped fat deposits. But the scales say the same weight? Can eating habits simply change fat distribution rather than remove it?
If you are working out then your muscle will weigh more than fat - you can be healthier and clothes for better but weigh about the same

muscle weighs more than fat but is smaller
so you can weigh the same or more and be a lot slimmer
If you're doing weight and strength training, then it's probably muscle that you're building.
