I'm not going to say it's ideal "for women of all ages" because multiple types look just fine. And a woman of say 22 isn't supposed to look like a woman at 40 or a woman at 50s. Main thing is to have good proportions and she has good proportions.

I believe this was the mid 30s and going into 40s you see two things have a woman is taking care of herself or how she has allowing herself to not even care. But in most cases women are much more health conscious and aesthetically aware of themselves so they most definitely between these ages and make sure that they look outstanding. It's a confidence boost to do so and be complimented by it , although they don't do it for others but themselves
