-I'm tired of looking at myself in the mirror, and imaging myself sexy... if I was skinny(alot of girls do say I got a good facial structure)
-I'm tired of reading articles on how men AND women agree that there needs to be physical attraction
-I'm tired of all the studies that have PROVEN people who are in shape and look better generally have more friends and a better social life
-I'm tired of my low confidence
-I'm tired of girls doing stuff to guys who are thin, but I couldn't imagine them doing it to the same guy if he was fat
-And biggest thing of all: I'm tired of being self conscious of my double chin when people talk to me or take my picture
I just want it all to go away
I have approximately 3 1/2 months (starting now) before my senior year starts. I want to lose approximately 30 pounds. I weigh 180 pounds right now, 17, and I'm 5'9. I asked on Yahoo Answers(and google) and they said 150-160 would be a great weight for my height
I don't eat sh*t at all(learned my lesson from last year when I was huge), in fact I'm slowly losing weight via dieting. But I want it to go down faster.
What kind of plan can you guys recommend for me to lose 30 pounds over 3 1/2 months?
