Like are you stuck with this body type forever now or can it be fixed at this age without roids? My body looks identical to the guy in the before pic (left)

Far from being too late bro.
Go on a full body routine for 6 month to learn the movement and do 2 times HIIT per week to get stamina.
Then go on an upper/lower program or a push/pull/legs split.
Eat clean so only veggies, white fish and meat, eggs, low fat beef, sweet potatoes, oat meal, rice, bananas and apple, olive oil and nuts.
Supplementation : whey protein bcaa multi vitamin, creatine, vitamin d3, fish oil caps
You are good to go for the next 6-7 years and then you should go on the dark side.
Good luck bro may the gainzzz be with you on daily
Your body is determined by genetics. Reasons why some people struggle in gym to achieve their goals and stay mostly the same body look. The only way to change genetics is steroids or heavy supplements. Still go to gym but dont expect much if everything your doing right doesn't change the way your body looks.
body type and muscle insertions and to some extent metabolism. Skinny fat isn't genetic.
I'm not talking about just by being skinny-fat, I'm talking about genetics. You could do the same training and have same diet as a sculpted ripped model but won't look nothing like him unless you were born with good genetics. These fitness magazines/businesses brainwash men in to believing they can achieve their goals by looking like The Rock naturally so they can make money. Sure there is probably someone out there with the right bodytype who has the potential to look jacked like Rock but not everyone can unless they take harmful drugs and supplements. Fitness industry isn't going to tell you that its hopeless, they want men especially young me to keep consuming so they can make money. Your genetics will determine what you will look like, not your training and diet.
Follow the money!
Never understand so much bs in my entire life. You can achieve a decent body without roids or good genetics if you put the god damn work. You will never look like arnold but you can achieve a 5-6 plates dead a 4-5 plates squat and a 3-4plates bench without gear with perfect nutrition hard work and good recovery.
I am on my way to that after huge anorexia and average genetics. I just dedicate all my effort to that, I eat clean 24/7 and never drink alchool. I dont hang out and almost never go to bed after 11 pm most of the time after work I eat my last meal and go to sleep.
People who say the gym does not do anyhing are most of the times not really that commited. If you want something bad enough then you will give anything to get it period
Just listen to you both, your stupidity is giving me cancer lol. Stop with all mumbo jumbo motivational crap and seek truth for once in your lives. Belief doesn't change anything but give you motivation to achieve a goal. If you had so much belief you could fly when jumping off a cliff then you will be disappointed the same way as trying to get a model physique when the truth is you can't change a guy with bad genetics, I'm sorry bro. I know this lad who has the fat genetics and does sport coaching as a passion. He trains everyday with his players and still looks fat but probably will have healthy internal body. The truth is genetics... period.
i dont want some top tier bodybuilding physique, if u want to know my goal physique on fixing its like the transformation of the guy above or google adam levine's body or sidharth malhotra's body etc. Thats my goal. You cannot look like the rock even with roids and perfect lifestyle if u don't have the genes.
no, muscle insertions and shoulder to hips ratio never change, U can halo it to an extent by building the right amount of muscle but the bones will not change.
As well as genetics, another key to getting a nice body would cost LOTS of money which includes supplements. If a guy has the genetic lottery then all he has to do is go gym few days a week and eat clean. I dont see the point as its an unfair advantage and I only go gym to stay healthy not to look like some model which has no benefits except helps attract the opposite which if I was going to do I would rather make money instead to get women which seems easier and less stressful than trying to get body like Ryan Reynolds,
We dont talk about winning M. Olympia in any category we dont talk about dwarfing the Rock or outlifting Ed Coan. We talk about having reasonnably good performances and a decent body so an FFMI betwen 23.5 to 24.5. This is possible with hard work and if you dedicate your whole energy and time to it.
No one deny that to look really great and have strong lift you need good genetics and roids.
@BluesBoy urmm... I think you do.

The only thing I see is abs. Are you a girl or something to get impressed by such physique lmao Shawn Ray, tom platz, donovan bailey, kevin randelman those are some physiques that requires great genetics and roids to achieve.
If you can't achieve the level of this guy then you are not that commited into sports. All I do is job eat lift run, sparring and recovery. I dont care of other things world could collapse i dont care once you get that mentality your performance increase even with bad genetics.
@BluesBoy I dont want to look like any of these body building freaks, I just want a beach body but to get that is impossible because of my bad genetics due to hereditary or genes. My body type lets me down so the only way would be for me to take steroids and pay a lot of money for supplements. An no I'm not in to the sports, I just train to keep in shape but settle for the body that I can only achieve. I just don't see point anymore, too much frustration and stress for me to even care anymore. There people out there with top notch physiques who party, drink and have poor diets but still look good due to genetics. I've just accept my reality that I'm basically fucked because of my genetics.
oh im really sorry those bad genetics gave you such idiot mentality. Those guys bust their asses of to get that body and lots of them dont use steroids and still are big af. You think supplement are some kind of super potions that give you muscles while you are sleeping? No. They are extra protein to feed your muscles and you still can get big without them. So you can create excuses for your laziness but those guys workout for minimum 1 year min 3 days a week and they were once skinny or fat
Dude, you're young, this issue can be easily fixed with nothing more than diet and discipline. Not to mention you REALLY have to be prepared for the lifestyle that comes with using steroids if you even considered that - it isn't a couple of shots and you're magically jacked.
Diet, exercise, lift - see a dietitian and/or a personal trainer before you go all self-defeatist.
The guy in the picture seems to have fixed it... Also, this isn't skinny fat, you're just chubby.
of course you're still young and in my opinion... you look just fine.
i am not this guy in the pic -_-

listen if you really want to lose that you have to be commited. You start today not tommorow and you dont skip any day because once you do you will skip it your whole life. The one that i will give you is called a HIIT cardio. It burns good and tones muscles also build endurence. Make sure you strecth after you do it so you dont feel much pain the next day.
10 sec preparing/30 seconds workout and 10 second rest after. so it will go 10/30/10/30/10/30...
1-Squats
2-Crunches
3-Push ups
4-Running Planks
5-Burpee
6-Back extension
7-Strecth
This takes 5 minutes and no excuses everyone has 5 minutes of free time in a day.
That's not even much of a difference in mass between the two pics, just cutting. He does have some huge lats though (envy), but diet and cardio should already get you pretty far towards that right image. Combine it with heavy lifting and you should be far from hopeless with some very good years ahead of you. Best not to waste them.
I can say from experience, if you put in the hours of Cardio, manage your workout schedule, and eat properly you can fix your problem. It's not easy, and the longer you put it off the harder it's going to get.
so you have been skinny fat?
dude you can still pull it off when your 30 no biggie
I've seen it
the thing is that even though peiple procrastinate, the process is quite enjoyable and worth it
*people -_- I get procrastinate right but this I mess up :(
You can change if you yourself put in the effort to change.
Eat healthier, lift weights bro, you don't need a scientist to tell you that
yeah but skinny fat is also a bit of a hormonal problem if i am not wrong, is 21 too late from that perspective?
it is never too late
Can still be fixed
