What Should I Eat For Breakfast To Lose Weight?

Eh,so I want to lose like 10 lbs heehee,which I've been saying I'll do this whole summer.BUT,people on here have told me I need to eat breakfast,but I don't eat breakfast because my tummy hurts,but if that's what I have to do,then that's what I'll do to lose the 10 lbs.The only things I like are:

-Oatmeal

-Cream of Wheat(regular)

-Malt O Meal(Regular & Chocolate)

-Toast(I love toast!)

-Are these healthy foods to eat for breakfast?Would they help me?

I absolutely despise eggs,they are oily,greasy and YUCK.ugh,even the smell of eggs upsets me.

Any other suggestions?I just need something light
