What is a good weight loss system??
do you know any good weight loss system that can help me lose weight in 6 months?
A couple I know are on Weight Watchers & they each lost about 28 pounds each in the last 8 months. I've been on a diet also - just watching my calories & I lost 11 pounds in about 13 weeks so far. All you do is take your weight times 8 and that is the amount of calories you're supposed to have a day to lose weight. You add up all the calories you ate for the day & then you subtract the amount of exercise calories you did & that's how many calories you've had that day. Doing any type of mild exercise such as walking, cleaning, gardening, etc. burns 4 calories per minute. One hour of this type of exercise equals 240 calories burned. You can find out your calories online by checking out websites that tell you how many calories each activity is. I have been using a program called, "Calorie King" in order to find out what calories the food has that I eat. Weight Watchers uses a "point system" where you are allowed a certain amount of points each day, and if you use up all of your points, you're not allowed to eat anything else that day. Each food is worth a certain amount of points. Richard Simmons also has a program called, "Deal-A-Meal" which uses a similar system - where you are only allowed to have a certain amount of food per day - depending on how many calories you're allowed to have, etc.Well, that's all I know - good luck to you! :)
Here are a couple of things that helped me lose quite a bit of weight.
Add a Multivitamin to your daily routine. Twice a day is ideal.
Drink water every other time you feel hungry. A lot of the time, thirst manifests itself as hunger, and our brain receives the message as such. So that's how we end up over eating, because our brain gets confused.
I also suggest implementing a weight training regime. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn, which in turn helps you lose the weight, and keep it off.
The multivitamin ensures that you receive your necessary daily intake of the essentials every human needs. When your body is getting everything it needs, it's able to process more calories, which in turn enhances your weight loss.
Well, I'd say do it the right healthy way, but that definitely takes time. So I'm going to tell you what might help you really quick. There's this new vibe about some plants-only (mind that) pills that help you lose a lot of pounds from the first week. If you are not overweight, stop after the first week or two. They are called "Super slim pomegranate". And you can get them on ebay as well. They are made of natural ingredients only, and everyone that I know that took them lost at least 6 pounds in the first week. I never tried them, I do not know how your body will react to them. I do know that you lose your appetite for the whole day. I am not advertising for them either:). I think that they are not recommended for people with heart problems because they increase the heart rate. Good luck.
Well, the best system out of any other systems is your own mind. Determination is the key and the best way to lose weight is to exercise regularly and eat less fatty foods. Its simple math:
Less calorie intake + regular exercise = weight loss
But, I'll give you some links that may help you out.

keep in mind that you shouldnt starve yourself. its actually the worst way to lose weight and there are a lot of consequences to it (yellow skin, dizziness, tired face, hair shedding, bad moods, bad school grades). the best way is to eat in healthy amounts, but instead of eating junk food switch to very healthy foods. don't eat a lot at night. and do 30-45 minutes of exercise daily.
i heard that including milk in your diet makes you lose weight faster.
The best thing I can suggest is to keep a food diary. Something like weight watchers. You'd be surprised how much weight you can lose weekly and keep off. You can always factor in some exercise as much as an effort of 40 mins of cardio 5 days a week. Just be sure you're going to lose weight the healthy way.
The best one there is!
Eat less than 2,000 calories a day, and run, do sit ups and crunchies, and some push ups every day (or when your body isn't sore).
Well, the problem with any place to eat is how much you eat. I can go to subway and consume probably like 700 calories easily, haha. If you really use math and add up how much you eat, as long as you stay below 2,000 and exercise, you'll lose weight EASILY. Subway has written stuff on their napkins, you can use that, or you can make healthy sandwiches at your house.
It should be apparent if you're eating too much.
Sorry, don't mean to interrupt, but fruit and vegetables do not have 0 calories. Most fruits have between 60 and 100 calories. Most raw vegetables have about 5 to 10 calories for a serving. Fruit juice can be high in calories - anywhere from 120 to 160 calories per 8 ounces. A salad without meat or eggs, but with dressing is probably the lowest calories in vegetables to consume. However, cooked vegetables have about 120 to 180 calories per serving. Pizza has high fat & calories, etc.
cardio such as jogging everyday and 100 situps a night. do 100 squats a day to get your thighs in shape and do as many extra cruunches aas you can you can push yourself
If you are really desperate to lose weight quickly, I would go on the ABC diet. Its hard but it deifnatly makes you lose weight quickly.
