I always say, "try training with a weapon, especially a polearm," because practicing (melee) weapon-form requires you to always be on your feet and move your body in all sorts of ways, especially when it's something large and heavy like a polearm.

Well a common mistake people fall into is trying to do ab workouts to tone up before they actually get rid of the layer of fat covering the ab muscles. You can do all the sit ups you want, but I'd you have that layer of fat covering them, you won't see much. So you can either cut fat first then tone up, or you can do it at the same time and completely redo the makeup of your body
that's not toned. thats just ducked in as her rips are sticking out so much. beat way to get abs is to work out to reduce the layer of fat on the Tum by doing cardio, interval training and weights!! and also involving ab exercises. only doing ab work will not get you anywhere so you have to do a combination

That's not abs, it's just a flat stomach.
You can achieve it by simply losing body fat.
It's harder for some than others, because the way fat distributes and collects around your body differs from person to person.You can get a flat stomach through proper diet (not a crash diet, or starvation) and exercise, but the exact shape, like for example if your ribs will be visible, is down to genetics.
Eat less then you need, drop in bodyfat percentage ( by eating healthy). And do ab exercises every 2 days.
long distance running, eatting probably way healthier, and different ab building excersizes
that is too skinny. but if you want to achieve that eat really healthy and in small portions. but still enough protein to keep you through your day. I don't recommend it cuz I like chubby girls
U must aim for healthy body not this type of skinny one, in my opinion. But still if u want it, start running n do some crunches and cycling
Get your feet held under furniture, then do sit ups, every day!
