Well, you certainly don't want to have legs that look completely untrained. It's just up to you really. Depends on your goals. Are you ONLY trying to look good for women? Then I suppose you do "yoke" training. Training your neck traps arms and chest and saying screw everything else. I personally think that's a silly waste of time but if you like it do whatever you like. But there's lots of hot fit chicks nowadays. They will know what's up when they see you, that you skip leg day lol.

Damn dude!! Your only 17 and already ripped good job! Upper body wise your abs and arms are really good but your chest is looking a little flat it might just be your posture tho I don't know. Maybe more weight and less rips for your chest
I'd recommend a good total body regimen.. I myself am a Trap-Lover!! A well defined Trapezius muscle is oh so yumi.. it's extremely noticeable in most any shirt, short sleeves or long sleeves.. that little cup created as the muscle wraps around to the shoulder/chest.. just makes me wana sip soup from it! 🤤 not all lady's love it but I sure do! 😉
I personally don't like body builders cause they creep me out. But you just look like you simply work out and that's nice as is. I don't like a man with a lot of muscle but not one that's too skinny either. I like them in between all of that. Like my hubby. He does need to work on his abs a little more though lol
it seems like you've only been focusing on your ab and arm muscles. try a full body workout for a more proportionate bulk.
as of how you look right now, I wouldn't worry much. you look great the way you are.

If you're bodybuilding, the smaller the waist the better. But you should train legs though and not be a stick.
Unless you're a huge fan of men's physique where the board shorts hide their legs. Small waist=Better v taper when posing.I would try to be proportionate, don't be a guy with a big upper body and small legs. Try to work everything so its even.
Of your bodybuilding I'm pretty sure you would want muscular legs. And as for the waist they usually want it smaller I think but with broad shoulders and back
Looks good :P But if I was you I'd focus on the legs aswell, it looks best if the whole body is trained, you don't want to end up with chicken legs.
I think you are very attractive, but it's more what you think. If you want your legs to be more muscular than focus more on leg workouts.
