I think you should set your self a goal over the next few weeks of summer.
As you mention above...you want to get down to 100. If that's what you want...you can achieve it! :-)
Im in the same situation as you. I'm off school, have nothing to study and pretty much eat junk food when I'm bored.
However, I stopped this routine last week. I go jogging every other day. You can't do this since you injured your back. Why don't you buy a jump rope and do that a half an hour a day? and maybe some squats. Instead of taking the car or bus to places, walk if it no further than 20 min.
Small things can make an impact.
Try and cut back the junk food. Eat something sweet a day but also eat fruits everyday.
In terms of drinks: Cut back the fizzy drinks. Drink a lot of water. Green tea helps a lot! Studies show that green tea helps you lose weight by increasing your body's metabolism. Green tea helps you burn an extra 80 calories a day which adds up to 8lbs a year. For all you diet-conscienc people aout there green tea also helps to reduce cravings.
Stop eating at 8:00pm. Late-night eating tends to include lots of calories, and can start a binge.

120 pounds is actually a good weight for your height. However, it also depends on your frame. If you have a really tiny frame then it may sit differently on you.
Also, putting on weight for anyone is going to be stressful, even if you were skinny to begin with, and even if you are still skinny. I'm sure you are still small and look fine, but its all about how you feel.
I would say just cut out refined sugar and junk food. Only eat when you are actually hungry. Don't diet- you don't need to. Just eat healthy and cut out added sugar when you can.
You may even want to start working out. I notices how my body type changed when I started lifting weights and doing cardio. Especially with weight lifting weights I've been able to eat practically whatever I want and not gain.
You don't just want to be skinny, you want to be toned.

Thighs, boobs, stomach?Wow. Seriously? for your height, anywhere form 130-155 is considered healthy. Anything under 130 is considered unhealthy.
