Need to lose weight!

I really really really want to lose weight. I'm 5"7 and about 120 pounds... I've put on weight I used to be like 108 because I was good at dieting, and now I've finished school and I'm not working or studying yet so I'm just spending the whole day at home. I get bored and start eating crap I don't need and I can't exercise because I've injured my back, only really light stuff like walking. I know some people are just going to say I don't need to lose this much but I want to get down to about 100. its what I'm most comfortable with. any advice on how to stop myself from eating? also stuff I can do for the summer so that I'm not bored all the time? thank you!
