You definitely need to talk to your mom about how this makes you feel. My mom is also like this. She constantly complains. I've told my mom several times that she needs to be understanding and supportive and that when she criticizes me it only makes things worse. Because my mom has no idea/concept about what being healthy means and how a healthy diet works. She just thinks eating salad=ultimate health solution. My mom criticizes me because I was eating 2 yogurt cups (like regular yogurt cups) a morning for breakfast. They are only 90 calories each!
She said that would make me fat. My mom makes me so mad, to the point where I feel like giving it back to her because my mom is also fat. But she eats crap and doesn't do anything. I have a disease, a legitimate disease that has caused my weight issues.
You need to get some people on your side to help get your mom to stop being so mean to you. It's not right that she goes to her friends and complains. That's so rude of her!
People need to understand that harassing and complaining and constantly criticizing someone only makes it worse.

I completely understand how you feel. See if you can get someone on your side, whether it's your dad, sibling, or even the doctor. My advice would be to sit down with her and explain how it makes you feel when she tells you you need to lose weight, that you are happy with the weight you are at and you are completely healthy, acknowledge that she probably is looking out for your best interest, but it is not encouraging to hear that how she presents it. Also tell her you'd appreciate it if she kept the personal matters to herself and not blabbing to her friends. Hope this helps!
And remember, it only matters that you're healthy and comfortable in your skin- not what anyone else thinks you should be!
