What is the fastest way to lose weight? I am 4'6 and weigh 90lbs ?

First off, don't diet. I don't know how old you are, but I'm assuming you're pretty young based on your height and the fact that your profile says "under 18". You're still growing and developing and limiting your intake too much can affect your development. Sometimes, too, when you're young and a little chubby, your weight will even out as you grow taller.

Don't worry too much about your weight, but just think about what you can do to live a healthy lifestyle. Go out and be active! Ride your bike, go swimming, take up playing a sport, go for walks. Eat your fruit and veggies and stay away from things like junk food (candy, chips, chocolate bars) and sugary drinks like pop or juice. When you're eating a meal, eat until you're satisfied, but not until your tummy hurts because you've eaten too much. Drinking water is also really good for you.

1. you probably look fine. you don't need to lose weight.

2. however, a good way to lose weight is to eat 3 healthy meals a day and cut back on sugar, then excercise regularly (running, crunches, and such) I wouldn't work on weights and such right away if your trying to lose weight, just work on burning the calories.

You really don't need to, you'll grow, and it'll even out a bit. BUT, I think the best way to lose weight is swim, it's more resistance than air, builds your cardio anyway, and you never notice you're sweating! The sweat's the part I hate lol.

Eat less, exercise more. A good morning walk/jog/run before breakfast will help. What is your age?

i would like to ask why you feel that you need to lose weight... I'm just wondering because even though the ideal weight & height of a 4'6'' female is 63-77lbs...that doesn't account for your body type...

Exert more calories then you put in. by exercising and eating healthy.
