For breakast I'll have a LARGE caesar salad with no dressing (300 calories)
For Dinner I'll have a microwave chicken enchilida (380 calories)
or microwave turkey breast dinner (300 calories)
This means I'm consuming about 25 grams of protein a day.
There is no secret formula that tells you that if you eat so many calories, then you could lose so many pounds.however, given what you're eating, you also need to add snacks in between; reducing your calorie intake does help in losing weight; however, you also need to jumpstart your metabolism, so to say. If you're eating 3 meals a day, your body could be going into conservation mode, which means, in order to preserve energy, your body will slow down the metabolism, which of course, is not going to help you much; so that's why is best to have 5 servings a day. It would also help you if you did some activity. Walking 20 min is better than nothing.

remember to think of your food as fuel - you need to use it up (exercise) or it will get stored (fat).
getting the balance between dropping intake & increasing exercise can be tricky, but sexwiseman is right - you don't want to go into 'famine' mode & have your body simply store more fat than before!
About 50 stone! Seriously you have good answers and good advice before, yes you need to lose weight but your body is just storing fat because it is in starvation mode.
Cut calories to lose weight, not cut calories so drastically. Also nutrition, health is important too. And exercise which is also good for your health.
I am eating around 1200 calories, at the moment to lose weight I eat salad, protein, fruit all small things 4-6times a day as I said before, in 10days I have lost 4lbs.
What your doing is nuts and unhealthy.
It's only 200 calories less than what your eating. I can also go 48 hours without food before I start to feel hungry.
So you said before, its not a competition. Do you think your body is really meant to go without food for 48hrs? Is that natural and normal?
So why have you posted your question again? Did you not get the answers you were hoping to hear before?
There were some good bits of advice before and here, eat well, exercise a bit and the weight will come off. The longer it takes to come off the longer it stays off when you stop dieting and start eating again.
I am suspecting, that this microwave stuff contains more than only 300 calories!
