If I ate 800 calories a day how much weight could I lose?

I'm 23 years old 5"3 weigh 174 pounds at 50% body fat and EVERY one tells me I'm fat.

For breakast I'll have a LARGE caesar salad with no dressing (300 calories)

For Dinner I'll have a microwave chicken enchilida (380 calories)

or microwave turkey breast dinner (300 calories)

This means I'm consuming about 25 grams of protein a day.
