Is this a break up and do people like this get back together?

Known a guy for 5 months, seeing each other for 2 on and off. We saw each other last weekend in hopes that he would get some action from me, but I didn't do it. He has been working 70-80 hours a week and some on the weekend. We do text/talk daily, but other than the weekend he wanted to see me cause he thought he was getting sex, we don't do anything. Yes I am a little moody, but I also am very encouraging and positive and always trying to help him think the best of situations. He is so into watching sports that I definately come second to that. Friday night he sent me a text "high ho it is back to work I go, good luck at the casino and talk to you tomorrow". Well tomorrow came and all he did was send me about 3 texts and said he was turning his phone off as he didn't want to be bothered by anyone so he could watch the game and race. I told him that was rude. I also told him that I wouldn't contact him today either so he could have a break and when he wanted to contact me he could. He says "OK". I then told him that I was a little frustrated because he rarely wants to do anything with me. I never know when and if I will ever see him, but just a text/call. What's your advice? I do like this guy but when it comes to sports he is unbearable. Will this guy even come back or have I pushed him away?

Well this is a complicated situation. It seems like you guys are on different pages. You want to go out and do things and he jsut wants some action and watch sports. I feel that he is not being romantic enough to turn you on. and also he should be taking you out mall like to dinner, movies,etc. You guys do text a lot and communicate. In his defense he's a workaholic. and normally if a person is a workaholic the relationship suffers from the lack of attention. I nthis case he isn't giving you a lot of attention and isn't taking care of your wants and needs. I also think he could be mad because he's expecting sex and isn't getting it and just uses sports as a and excuse to ignore you. I think you can find somebody better and that you should move on to somebody that can make you happy.
