So you have penile cancer. The doctor below tells u that the cancer is very aggressive and has already locally metastasized to your inguinal lymph nodes. She offers you the option of having penectomy (penis removed), followed by adjunct radiotherapy to the pelvic region and 3-4 weeks regiment of chemotherapy (5-FU and cisplatin), along with some anti-emetic, and PPI. If you accept, she will explain the surgery, risk, complication and reason for doing it to you and ask you to sign a consent form after which you will be given a date to come back to do the surgery. Going through with the surgery gives you 90% 5-year survival and high chance of surviving the cancer.
If you reject, then all she can do is treat you palliative and offer you chemotherapy, radiotherapy and treat any symptoms that may develop as the disease progresses. Your 5 year survival rating drops to 15% and you are highly like to die with 1-2 years.

I think anyone in his right mind would want to chose life over having a dick... and honestly how hot the doctor is dosent change my disre to keep a dick or not at all... if she is showing me interest then it makes me want life all the more and heck I will toung that woman to a quiver if I need to...
I wouldn't do either. Your deff not taking my penis off, and I don't wanna go through all the treatment to just prolong my life a bit. I'll take a few months of decent health and then a quicker death.
If I would want to have a replacement penis, could get surgery. They get skin from hairless bit of the underarm. Witchcraft happens, and a functioning penis has been formed.
If I had an average sized penis, or smaller I would say take it. I know it's just a piece of flesh, but it's about the only thing I have that contributes to my self esteem in a positive way. That sounds really sad, huh?
@oldguyincanada I am so sorry, I really met over 65yrs old like going to be 70yrs old (or over) with the fact that I already had kids that already grown, my spouse have already passed away or she's ok with it (where as were not being intimate no more) in then I could make a decision like that (Lol).
I wonder if those saying they'd rather die have considered the impact on those around them at all? I couldn't imagine willingly leaving my family to pick up the pieces because I wouldn't go through with the surgery.
