If she accepts the offer of a drink is that a good sign?

This woman I was in a meeting with this week:

* Came in and sat in front of me (when there were lots of vacant spaces available.)

* We smiled & said 'hello' to each other. Into the meeting I noticed her moving her head to the side often, (as if she was trying to see me out the corner of her eye) so I ignored it & put it down to her nerves maybe?

* In the canteen I collected my food then sat down (again lots of vacant tables) & the lady who I kind of know came in & sat at the same table as me - I was surprised! lol

* She seemed to give me direct eye contact quite a lot, and at one point she touched my arm when she was talking.

When I asked her out for a drink tonight by text, she replied saying that she was busy that day but will go for a drink with me another day. She also asked if I was going to the meeting again tomorrow. Told me to have a nice evening & to take care of myself.

She is a divorced 46yr old woman & I am a tall 23yr old man.

Do I have a good chance with her or is she just being friendly, don't want to misinterpret the signs.

I suppose you could read it two ways.

She just wants to be friendly.

She's looking for a good time, and just wants you.

Either way, if this attention is wanted, then go for gold son!

You could test the waters and start flirting, and rather than text her for a drink, ask her face to face. She's older and more experienced, and less inclined to play games etc, so I think you'll have a better chance of understanding where you... umm... stand, if you lay your cards on the table, and talk to her.

I personally think you're in, but then again, I always think girls are interested in me XD. I'd probably ask if she's got a man on the go, and if yes, then that's sorted, and if no, then have a crack.

Haha, remember though, I think I'm "always in there"! But honestly, don't worry about the outcome, it's all with good intentions, so you don't want to kick yourself later for thinking, what if etc. Good luck champ!

well,shes kinda old. you really want that? OK. so you think she might be into you...or might not..but the only way to knowforsure is to ask her. she 46..obviously way more experienced than you so if were to ask her she's most likely to gie you a straight answer.
