dieting tips?
ahh okay so this is like my forte. so here is what I did to lose weight (not that I needed to but my friend made me do it with her so whatever) anyways if you want to lose weight and like keep it off you can't eat gluten (wheat products, flour included only special flours) and trust me this cuts A LOT out. even soy sauce. andd then no sugar. only 100% fruit if you must have fruit. also cut back portion sizes alot. eat cucumbers or some vegetable instead of what you would normally eat and actually the weight will come right off. I lost like 10 lbs in 2 weeks and have kept it off for months. oh I forgot to mention, on saturdays you can eat whatever you want but I try to keep the portion sizes small but if you want to eat a lot go for it.

ohh and drink lots of water and tea. and yeah it really works and I didn't even have to exercise hahah good luck!
Part of losing weight is exercising,the other part is diet.
I ran 6k 5 days a week and gained 5 puonds =P
I wasn't pigging out either.
my idea isn't exactly a step by step thing. I've found that just simply cutting back on the amount works fine for me. never eat in the evening either. its not digested properly while you sleep. I find that during the day when I have an urge to eat someting, water does the trick. I've become a water freak, and there's nothing wrong with water
high protein, lots of veggies and fruits, healthy fats.. cut out the excess salts and packaged foods.. if it doesn't provide nutrients, don't eat it...
* used to be morbidly obese , I know what I'm talking about.
