Here's what I do at the gym: 20 min of running, 40 min of walking on an incline, 20 min of stairs, 100 crunches, and 20 min on this other runningish machine.
Here's what I eat: breakfast: a sandwich which consists of egg whites boiled, cabbage, tomato, onion, and 1 tablespoon of mayo.sometimes I use tuna, ham, or boiled chicken breast instead of egg whites. Or I have a bowl of kashi cereal with fat free or skim milk.
Lunch I usually just eat a banana or some sort of fruit.
Dinner I usually have one scoop of brown rice with either boiled egg white or boiled chicken
I also drink a half gallon of water a day and orange juice and milk occasionally.why am I still not Loosing much weight? Am I eating too much?
