I work out 3-4times/week, but I can't resist food. I know which food isn't good, but after lunch (my biggest meal of the day) I want a cookie or two... but after two I think: What the hell did I do? Ok, one more, I'll start losing weight tomorrow, then I eat everything. I don't eat after 7p.m.
So it's always like OK, I'll be good tomorrow, or I do it for a week, but then I start eating crisps, chocolate,...
So what's your motivation?
