I need motivation!!!

OK..here's the thing: I want to lose weight (I know it takes a lot of time, not trying to lose it fast)...I'm not THAT overweight: 5'1'' and 129lbs.

I work out 3-4times/week, but I can't resist food. I know which food isn't good, but after lunch (my biggest meal of the day) I want a cookie or two... but after two I think: What the hell did I do? Ok, one more, I'll start losing weight tomorrow, then I eat everything. I don't eat after 7p.m.

So it's always like OK, I'll be good tomorrow, or I do it for a week, but then I start eating crisps, chocolate,...

So what's your motivation?

I don't drink sodas or eat a lot of fast food. I don't advices about what I should eat or not...I know that, but I NEED ADVICES HOW TO RESIST FOOD you don't really need, you just have hungry eyes... or how to avoid when you have sweet cravings.
