I was fat in high school. its been like 2 years since high school. I lost over 100 pounds. I changed. but right now I feel like crap. Idk. I think the energy left. I need motivation. help me out gag peeps

Did you deal with your psychological issues with food? Losing the weight is great but if you don't come to terms with why you loved food or became overweight then two things will probably happen. First you may gain that weight back. Second, you may take up another form of something that isn't healthy to help you cope, such as drinking too much, pills, etc...

If you're unhappy find a therapist who specifically deals with food issues and or the under lining issues you think might be affecting you. I wish you peace & happiness!

Do I want to know why you gained weight? You can message me if you'd like to share it. More often than not weight gain is a coping mechanism to deal with anxiety, stress, or low self esteem. If you dig deeper there are many reasons why people gain weight. Lots of variables come into play, but some may be sexually abused/molested, traumatic event, parents divorcing/fighting, bulling and so on. For some genetics play a role as well. May I suggest whatever you divulge here or in a PM screen shot it and show it to whichever therapist you choose to share your concerns with.

na I didn't gain weight. I lost weight for many reasons. and one reason was for girls. I have a crush on this girl I went to high school with. I am happy right now and I need to tell her.

My comment about gaining weight was referring to your weight as a child. in my opinion people should not lose weight to please others; People need to lose weight because of health reasons and to all around feel better. If you don't explore why you gained weight and deal with it your chances of gaining weight in the future are very high. As for your crush i say go for it! I wouldn't advise telling her you lost weight for girls though. Good luck to you!
