How to shift bf's focus from work to us?

has anyone been able to get there long term boyfriend to shif his focus from work back on to the realtionship and start being more caring and loving and affectionate again. halfway through my relationship my boyfriend became a workaholic, and its all he cares about he says its his number one priority at the momment, and he just fits me in when he can :(.

how do I fix this, if I know he cares deep deep down, but is too comfortable and lazy, and taking advantage of me because he knows ill stick around and that I really care.
