At 5'3, before 25 you should be 103-115 lbs, after 25 you should be 111-124lbs.
So 100 lbs is not way out of range as a target, but if you are 126 now, know that your boobs will shrink a fair bit as you reach for 100lbs. It should not worry you as they will grow back eventually as your weight stabilises
well it;s not bad at all to want to be smaller and thinner BUT IT CAN be dangerous!some girls end up anorexic and you can't imagine what they get through!so when you hear girls saying ''how can I go from fat to skinny in 2 weeks?'or''how can I be very very skinny?''it's a little bit weird!cause generally this girls(who write things like those ones above)look like they will do whatever it takes to be smaller and thinner and that's DANGEROUS!you can DIE from anorexia!you can't eat!your organism reject fooD !one of my mum's best friend was anorexic and you just CAN'T imagine ...what she was going through!she couldn't even go OUT!
But you aren't my doctor are you? Your mom having a degree doesn't mean you know squat not to mention it's hard to even take you seriously when you're bringing up anorexia and you don't even know the qualifications to be clinically diagnosed with it
are you serious?i just said that SOME girls(NOT you cause I don't even know you) who have that attiute most of the times are going through difficult times cause they end up anorexic..and it was a general question ''Why Is Wanting To Be Thin/Skinny Considered So Bad?'' I didn't say ANYTHING ABOUT YOU!whatever!
You're bringing anorexia up when there's no need to, we aren't discussing anorexia, but I can't stop people from automatically thinking anorexic when they think skinny
What is obese anyway? Look at some footballers that under the BMI ratings are classified as obese...honestly can you tell me they're OBESE?
The problem, I feel is the emphasis on being thinner/bigger, rather than healthier. In my own personal opinion: a healthy weight is a good weight. If you're happy with what you have: good on you, if not: then go for it. Just make sure you stay safe. As long as you do it for the right reasons, I do not see the problem.
I work in a hospital. I see obesity every 2nd day. In addition, my own BMI I am just overweight (I am also over 6 ft tall). Do I care? Nope. But that's just me. I like my boobs and ass- guys do too ("best ass in the world" one man said). My point is: you are the one who has to make the decision and then deal with the consequences, whether they be good or bad. I wish you luck in your weight loss journey, hun, just be sure to do it the safest way you can and listen to the health experts. :)
My opinion is that you should want to be strong...if you can turn that fat into muscle..F*** YES! However, gaining muscle will probably bounce your weight up. Being slim and strong is f***ing wayyyyy better than being a toothpick with no muscle. Just be careful how you go about losing the weight. If you do inappropriately, then you could lose muscle or end up storing more fat.
It's not wrong but everyone automatically assumes that you have a low self esteem and are anorexic , cause that's just how society rolls. Now 100 pounds sounds extreme so why don't you work on loosing a little bit of belly fat and then toning your abs because that would definitely look better, remember muscle weighs more than fat. Maybe 115-110 would suit you better
I think it's because most girls would kill be be that size. my sister is is 5'5 and weighs 105lbs.she gets asked out constantly, and her friends are always asking how she stays so slim. it's so simple, just eat right and exercise.
Nothing unhealthy about being healthy!
slim girls will ALWAYS take sh*t from the 'whales'.
A woman that is 5'3" that has a body like the first girl is perfect. The other picture was of Paris Hilton, and if you want to look like her and only attract gay men then that's your decision.
Well that's your opinion, not mine. I know what works for my body and that wouldn't. If that's what you're attracted too, fine, but I'm not trying to impress you or any other f**g on here
I don't find either sexy. The first girl's boobs look fake. Both women fail on account of their face rather than their bodies. People who go on about how curvy women are better, or how they prefer skinny women, are both tiresome and full of sh*t. Naturally thin AND medium bodies (curvy) are attractive. What a thoroughly stupid thing to select or reject a partner on.
And you're one cause you're talking about about sh*t I didn't ask you about, as well as the fact that you constantly feel the need to call me names on anything I answer, so you can get the f*** off of my question
My response was to Camilus. In a round about way, I was agreeing with you, or at least with the notion that society's derision of skinny people is wrong. I don't think I've ever, EVER written anything to you directly, much less called you names. That's not my style. You're welcome to provide examples to the contrary.
You are seriously strange... or in the least, confusing me with someone else.
Uh yea you have, you've called me idiot multiple times, and either way, you're on my f-ing question, which means get the hell off. If you think I'm such an idiot don't f***ing go on my questions or comment on my sh*t, ok?
Get the f*** off of my question, seriously dude, if you dislike me, get the f*** off, I don't answer Qs to people I dislike, so learn the same habits, ok? No one asked for your damn opinion and you didn't even answer the question to top it off, so bye?
Well if you're going to have some vendetta against me, you could at least get your facts straight. I urge you to provide some evidence for my personal attacks against you. But I can see rational discourse is a bit too much to ask given what I've read here. I really don't have any strong opinions on you either way, don't even know who you are!
You take things way too seriously. Again, I don't remember writing that, but it's possible, considering how you fly off the handle over nothing. I'm sorry if I caused offence, if I did say that. Again, I don't know you well enough to make any serious judgments about you.
I'm not taking anything, but however I think it's pretty sh*tty to talk sh*t and then answer my questions. Don't like me? Don't f***ing answer, that's one rule to go by and I don't care for your stupid apology, it just gets old having people like you answer my questions when you constantly spew out your petty "hate" towards me
just like being obese is unhealthy being really thin is unhealthy and being 5'3 95 lbs is unhealthy that is y people are aganist it.whe we hear someone as skinny as you are wanting to be below avaerge weight is screams a mental heath issue.
there are a lot of women 5'3 and 200 doesn't mean they aren't obese. I don't care how many people are they are still considered to be an unhealty weight. if you get and thinner then that you period might stop.
People tend to criticize weight loss goals because they (for some reason) see it as the person is not happy with who they are. As others have said, if you are doing it for the right reasons and in a healthy way, then you really shouldn't be criticized. However, you still will be criticized by people who wish they had the determination and focus you do.
Jealousy. That and it's "bad" because it makes the [slightly or more] heavier girls feel better.
The whole thing's bullsh*t. We have bigger girls getting picked on because of their weight and skinnier/fit ones also getting picked on because of their diet/workout/etc.
A reason for it is that some (not all) girls want others to be fat to give them that slight ego boost.
Another reason is the gowing PC attitude on this site where if you can't say one thing if it offends another and so, people don't.
Shit happens, I won't flame you for trying to lose weight. Just like I won't flame you for gaining it.

Because that's not being healthy. 100 at 5'3"? that's unhealthy. And your thighs are kinda supposed to touch...not saying they should rub against each other but they should touch...We're not encouraging being chubby, we're encouraging being healthy, and that has to do with BMI...look it up.
and we're not encouraging being a size 18, either. that's overweight in my book, even the average (size 12), is something I will never approach but that doesn't mean I try to be rail thin either. I'm 130 and 5'4" and I don't consider myself fat. I could stand to lose 5 pounds, but I would never try and lose 30, because I don't want to look like a stick, or be unhealthy.
because skinny woman are letting "curvy" woman tell them they are too skinny because they are jealous and skinny is now considered"anorexic, unhealthy, model" and its really unfair. skinny healthy is the way to go. id take that over being fat any day
i know its ridiculous. its so they can feel better about themselves because they are insecure and now this whole skinny is bad thing is spreading because of anorexia
I personally lovvvvve skinnier girls. Its just naturally healthier and a lot more attractive to me. But I think most guys for whatever reasons they might have, like girls with some quantity to them... I guess maybe more to grab haha
It's not bad. Only when you're risking your health is when it's bad.. It's impoartant to be fit. Some people think, skinny, skinny, skinny, and they can't even lift there own body weight. If a girl is 110 lbs, she should be able to lift herself. You can't be skinny to the point you can't pick yourself up. that's dangerous.
Attack? as in people tell you that your too skinny? well 126lb is slim enough for 5'3...you might become anorexic if you go too skinny and you might look unhealthy...but if you really want it then I don't know its up to you no one can stop you, its your body.. :) good luck
I am curvy..i love my curves I don't get jealous of skinny girls and unless it was going to do a person harm I wouldn't have a problem with them losing weight if it's what you want to do DO IT but do it in a safe, happy and healthy way and ignore the people who attack you :)

I don't think it's wrong to want to be THIN not skinny. Skinny is when you look anerexic and thin is when you still have some meat to the bones. I'm considered healthy thin but I want to start running more to build up muscle and maybe be a few lbs bigger (because of the muscle) My goal is to gain muscle till I'm 120lbs because 115lbs is almost underweight for 5'3". Girls can want to be thin and can achive it if they work hard...there's nothing wrong with that:)
It isn't about being skinny or fat but about being healthy being under weight has it health problems too, women were meant to be curvy for when it comes time bearing children. That isn't the only thing link

simple, many girls who want to be skinny end up like skeletons.
dont be "skinny" be "slim" there is a difference.
stop when you can see your ribs a little bit in the mirror, that's when you are at the perfect weight.
SO many people get to that stage and just keep going, but when you reach that level, try and maintain it, no more, no less
Because this ( link ) looks 10 times sexier than this ( link ). Enough said.
I couldn't see one of the pics but when you're 5'3 the first pic doesn't look good. And pics aren't gonna phase me either
A woman that is 5'3" that has a body like the first girl is perfect. The other picture was of Paris Hilton, and if you want to look like her and only attract gay men then that's your decision.

what's a f**g? out of curiosity? And why am I one?
a fang? perhaps
