What are some good weight loss tips?

I am already losing, and I am eating fruits and veggies . I take all my dogs on walks and I go running in the afternoon and play with the kids.

I'm just looking for tips I guess to keep me on the ball. I only drink water.. cause that's all that I can stomach normally.

I've heard about eating a mint so you don't wanna eat food afterward and stuff
