Have you ever been to a gender segregated gym ( eg a females only gym)? If so, did you like it?

A few years ago I used to go to a females only gym and tbh I prefered it over regular gyms.

I currently go to a regular gym and don't think the whole thing is that much of a big deal, but I did feel slightly more comfortable being surrounded only by females.

First of all I felt less intimidated. Whenever I go to the gym i find it hard to weight train because the weights area is filled with almost exclusively big muscular men. I feel a bit out of place and sometimes I'm worried they'd get irritated at me trying to "occupy their space".

Second of all, I've been starred at weirdly a couple of times while using this machine. Here again, it's quite uncomfortable to me.

And last but not least, when I'm in my out of shape phase, I feel less insecure and less judged by being only with females. I'm not worried about what men think of my body. In fact, in my females only gym, I've seen so many very large girl who would have probably felt less comfortable around men.
Yes I have, I liked it
Yes I have, I didn't like it
No I haven't and I wouldn't want to try
No I haven't and I would try it.
