For me, it is so crucial that the guy makes me laugh or at least tries to put me at ease - bonus if he doesn't take himself too seriously. Maybe because then I know our personalities will mesh well, because I certainly don't take anything I do/say seriously. An instant turnoff is a guy who is extremely serious when he chats me up and instantly tries to take the conversation to a "deeper" level when I don't know him that well - I can get on that level too, but in everyday conversation it just feels like I'm at a funeral (either that or it just sounds fake). In terms of the physical, I'm all over the place when it comes to men - I've been attracted to short, tall, light, tan, the list goes on. I guess the one common "string" I can find in the physical attributes category is that I love a strong jawline, thick eyebrows, and stubble - those are the only commonalities I can find. By the way, I in no way speak for all woman, only myself. I'm sure there are tons of women out there who can't stand "joker" type guys, and are more interested in guys who seem super serious/sensitive right off the bat.
He must be humble,honest-hearted and able to commit DEEP for life. Marriage is sacred and marriage mates are not exchangeable. TRUST comes first, then love. I think it is foolish to fall in love with someone whom we cannot trust. Lust and infatuation are blind but love is not. We must always remind ourselves to open our eyes big and choose wisely.
