I've only been working out for two weeks, why do I have stretchmarks on my arms already?

I was (and still am) pretty skinny and I decided to start working out a bit and already I have some bright red stretchmarks on my arms. I tried to get a pic of them, but my camera is so garbage that you can't even see them. I just wanna know, why after two weeks of working out, I already have stretchmarks.
