I break out almost every single day. My reaction now is mild and could possibly be going away, since it is getting less frequent than it once was. Last year I was breaking out up to three times a day, small red bumps would cover almost every inch of my skin, they burned and itched really bad too. We hadn't introduced anything new to my system for almost a year already...nevertheless, slowly things were removed from my everyday life and then replaced when we found that it made no difference. I had testing done and they found that I have a mild reaction towards raw bananas and almonds. I already knew about the bananas because they've made me sick ever since I was little. We tried taking away almonds (which nearly killed me. Almonds are my favourite) and still nothing. We never found a 'cause'. The doctor told me that it may have been my antibodies reacting oddly to my skin for a short period of time, or something along those lines.

My son has an allergy to wheat and eggs. He goes into anfalactic shock every time. Its bad. He was too young to do an allergy test so the doctor told me to cut out the things he reacted on for a month. Then slowly, one at a time introduce them. write down any reactions you might have. If its not all the time, or not always the same fruit I would say something else is making you break out. But I would maybe see an allergist first. They test is painful and irritating but its better to know for sure right.
I love pineapple but my tongue feels weird after I eat it, I don't know maybe because it's acidy or I'm a little bit allergic to it because my mom is very allergic to it and can't even touch it.
my grandmother is allergic to chicken lol, so you really have to be careful!

why do you think you have an allergy?
I had a pretty bad eczema problem that persisted for over a year. I tried switching detergents and shampoos, avoiding nickel (which I discovered in this process that I'm allergic to) and worst, using steroid creams for a long time. I spent a lot of time with various doctors and had a lot of tests done. None of it was working. At the same time, my stomach was not handling dairy so well. It wasn't awful, but I would just get a stomach ache. I decided to cut dairy from my diet to see if it would help and... tadaa! skin problem gone! And every time I eat a little bit of dairy it comes back :(
but the point of this long story is... if you think you're allergic to something, try eliminating it completely for a while and see if whatever the problem is gets better.Get the tests done. However, make sure that you actually eat them, because the tests will test for the antibodies. So if you eat these fruits, and you get the test done (assuming you have the allergy) the test will show the antibodies for that allergic reaction- thus meaning you have that allergy.
I have food allergies as well, like tree nuts/ peanuts..I'm sure if you speak to your doctor you can get tested for it to make sure that's what you been having a reaction to. Your allergy doesn't sound to bad, but I would get tested and stay away from anything like that. Reactions to foods can vary in severity each time (like mine) so just be careful.
Talk to your doctor and then they'll more than likely refer you to an allergist. My mom needed to find out what she was allergic too so they put her to sleep and used needles to inject different things into her skin on her back. I don't know if they normally put people to sleep or not though. But my mom found out she was allergic to dust.
i have A LOT of allergies and ther a lot of things that I am only allergic to most of the time. they can test you for allergies, its really easy to have done. tey scratch you with these little bits of plastic that were dipped in different allergens, then you have to wait with out itching you scratches, the ones that swelll are things your allergic to. ask you doctor about next time you go in, you might have to go see a special doctor, we always got it done at my asthma doctor
I get a hive or two when I eat peaches and cherries. But it might be the pollen on the skin. I have to get that test that tests what you're allergic to.
Black pepper.. not really "allergic" but I get VERY irritated if I eat it.. Specially when it's not crushed, gives a much stronger taste.
My sinuses even get irritated just from smelling it!You could try a VERY strict diet, then adding foods slowly to see what you are allergic to. :)
My throat and mouth get irritated when I eat most fruits and vegetables, but only when they're raw.
I have the same issue. When I would eat certain chips I'd break out, but not severely.
food allergies or food sensitivity each have different tests.
I am allergic to wheat and gluten.
