I have been on a diet for 5 months now and have only lost about 10 pounds, but have gained a lot of muscle. I feel like anything I do I cannot loose weight. I go to the gym 6 times a week and am there for at least 90minutes every day. I switch between cardio and weight training.
The thing is I feel like I can gain 5 pounds in one day without even trying! And I cannot loose a pound for the life of me! Like tonight I feel very fat and I ate a salad and chicken earlier and breakfast, that's it!
Does anyone have any tips to help me out?
