Its impossible for you to have gained 5 pounds in 2 days. You would have had to have eaten 7,000 calories per day, and have done absolutely nothing.
Chances are, you have loaded up on carb heavy foods and on lots of meat, beer, soda, etc.
Carbs are water loving so they hold onto water, making you bloat. Meat takes longer to digest and sits in your stomach for a while, and soda fills you with air. Beer and what not add unnecessary carbs and calories that can bloat you.
Cut carbs the next few days and keep them to a minimum. Instead, eat lean, high quality protein. Eggs, yogurt, milk, and lean meats. Drink lots of water, and keep active. I bet you will notice a change in a few days.

5 lbs in two days sounds more like water weight which could either have to do with where you are in your cycle, damn hormones, or if you ate a lot of simply carbs, sugar or salt. Are you eating a lot of processed foods this could account for the excess bloating.
when you eat food it has to go somewhere. it goes into your stomach. food takes hoooooouuuuuurrrrrrrsssss to digest. its in your stomach while its being digested. when you wake up, all the food is digested so your stomach is flat.
this happens to everyone. but I don't know why in your situation it could be so obvious. it could be due to your size or how much you eat, etc.

Idk about the weight gain but my stomach gets big when I only eat a few big meals or eat too fast. Try eating slower and eat more small meals
