How much is the best calorie intake when doing 16:8 intermittent fasting?

I take 500-1000 calories per day, and I do it 5 (sometimes 6) days a week. I've read that this is the recommended amount of calories per day for women doing 16:8 intermittent fasting. Plus, I work out 6 days a week. Is this setup okay?
