I am 5'5 and 93 pounds and I just want to gain weight I know I look horrible, but I eat like crazy..but nothing happens.

it depends on how much you want to gain. you can have an all carb diet or you can eat lots salt. the carb diet will give you nothing but starches and carbohydrates and while some is burned to make energy, the rest can be stored by your body. the salt diet you have to be cautious about because you do need water in your diet but what you do is eat salty things. have pickles, gatorade, soda, chips,cheese, anything that has more salt than anything. it makes your body retain water and help you gain water weight. why do you need to gain weight?

You should healthy fats that are found in nuts veggies, and oily fish. You need to eat enough cals(try pasta rice and other foods that are not sucked in butter and oil) and protein(meat, nuts etc) so you can safely exorcise. I understand that you want to gain weight, but if that's your body type there's not much you can do. Ask your doctor is you are in danger, but if you are eating the right foods, and working out, then even if you are still around that weight you should be ok.

No because you will build up some more body mass in the form of muscle, and muscle weighs more then fat.

No, it will make you look fit, and if you do push ups everyday, it could make more curvy in the upper area;)

Why do you think you look horrible?
Are you eating normally? As in breakfast, lunch, dinner? If so, sounds like you have a very fast metabolism. I would start adding snacks in between and also before bed.
Start counting calories up.

Consume Whey protein and increase calorie intake, healthy food no junk.
