Do you eat enough fruit and vegetables?

Do you get enough vitamins and minerals? Do you get anywhere near the recommended '5 a day'? (5 portions of fruit and veg)

Perhaps you take vitamins, supplements instead?

I get more than enough mostly through fruit juices (NOT from concentrate, concentrated juices lose a lot of their nutrients), smoothies etc. I also have cod liver oil, glucosamine (both for flexible healthy joints) and milk-thistle (helps clean your liver and kidneys, 'flushing' properties) before bed
