Severe mental problems?

I am having problems with Schizophrenia and i keep hearing my name and seing shadows shaped as me on the end of my bed, in the mirror and sometimes walking around the house at night.
Everytime i get given meds they dont work because I've grown an immunity over the years.
I dont know why it started but i need to know how to help it, please.
