Why am I still sad/depressed after doing everything right?

I eat healthy. I workout daily. I meditate dail. am continuously working towards my goals. In two months time I will be studying in my first choice university and curriculum. I am seeing a phycologist. I have amazing friends.

5 months ago the love of my life left me. Neither of us did anything wrong. Its a long and complicated story.

I haven't stalked her, pressured her, or kept any pictures or momentos or anything.

Why do I still mostly fill shitty?
Why am I still sad/depressed after doing everything right?
