I've tried yoga on the wii in the past but found it rather painful and I end up just playing the balance games and stuff on the wii fit.
But I've tried meditating and think its good. I read that you're supposed to concentrating on your breathing. However, my mind keeps wandering when I try it.
I've tried some of the listening clips that you can listen to when meditating but I find it hard to follow them at times and they seem rather too short as well.
So do you meditate? And any advice on making it easier?
