I'm a 13 year old girl and I'm 5'7 or 5'8 is that tall for a 13 year old girl?

5'7"/170 cm is kind of tall for a 13 year old girl, yeah. That means, at bare minimum, you'll stop growing at 5'10"/178 cm by the time you're 16 and have finished growing (as that's when girls stop growing). 5'7" is a medium height for an adult woman. However, you're still at least three years away from reaching the age you'd stop growing. So you may be lucky enough to end up being very tall.

However, other factors may apply. You may not have gotten your growth spurt yet, which means you may even be lucky enough to reach six feet or taller before you stop growing. (Not everyone gets growth spurts though; less than half of people get them.)

OR maybe you've already gotten one, and you are an early bloomer, and may just have stunted growth, if you're very unlucky (this is what happened to me). If so, you may stop growing entirely and may just be stuck at 5'7" for the rest of your life, as other girls, and most boys outgrow you.

It really heavily depends on two things: 1) your parents heights, and 2) how healthy of a lifestyle you live. Typically, you can take your parents heights, find the halfway point between them, and add two inches if you're a boy and subtract two inches if you're a girl. For example, if your father is 6'1" and your mom is 5'9", then 5'11" is the halfway point, and minus 2 would mean you'd stop growing at 5'9", your mother's height. Or, if your dad is 6'1" and your mom is 5'5", then 5'9" is the halfway point, and minus 2 would mean you'd stop growing most likely at 5'7", regardless of not reaching your maximum growth age yet (15 or 16).

Ask @Passion_Devil, @Sorue, and @JosyJosy on here, as they have superwoman-genetics, as well. I'm actually the total opposite; my short-ass stopped growing at age ten; I'm only four inches taller than a 13 year old like you.

I would say so! I was 6' 1" when I was 16 and grew another 8" within the next 5 years! My cousin's son was MY height when he was 16, he's now 7' 1"!

Seriously, my shoes are 16EEE but I can't find 16's ANYWHERE!! One place I looked had everything up to 15!! And I actually found shoes there that were at least 18's!! And that was a shop that specializes in clothes for tall guys!! I guess their idea of "tall" is about your height! For as many decades as we've been walking around, the world has YET to notice that we exist and they keep building stuff for midgets!! The house I spent most of my life in was built in 1936, when most people were just over 5' tall, and the ceilings were 10' high! The house I'm in now was built in 1962 and designed by a guy who was almost as tall as me (my cousin's father) and my head practically scrapes the ceiling!! My cousin's kid wears slightly dressy shirts that actually go down past his crotch!! He could wear them as mini dresses!! I'm having a hard time even finding XL, let alone XXL and if I DO find XXL's, they're still kinda short on me!! I can't find pants that go to my shoes!! I'm lucky if they cover half my calves!! His pants scrape on the ground!!

That is tall im 5’1 lol but a lot of girls stop growing at that age. 5’8 is tall enoygh for you to be elegant but not a giant

I guess you had your spurt growth. Oh my god seriously that's a tall height! I'm of 5'5 - 5'6 currently and about to turn 14 in this August. I don't think I will grow much longer now. If you still have more spurt growth then you will reach something like 5'9. Don't worry about that though. Tall height is something which is great! Do you have long legs?
